My role as interpretive planner included the following:

Researching the cultural and ecological context for the exhibit.

Developing content for signs including research, writing and photo aquisition.

Providing reference images and guidance to exhibit fabricators.

Presentations to zoo staff.
Architectural theming
The variety of shingle patterns seen on signs and exhibit buildings reflects the unique architectural style found on Chiloé Island.
